Their Santa Monica Farm, perched at 1,260 meters within the Eldorado group, tends to 5.5 million coffee trees. Patriarch Laerce named these lands ‘Eldorado’ for their treasure: coffee cherries gleaming like precious stones, ripening to ruby-red and amber hues.
