About Brewing Method
Each Spero Cold Brew Bag is pre-filled with 30g of coffee, carefully dosed to deliver a balanced extraction. We recommend starting with a 1:12 coffee-to-water ratio by adding 360g of cold water directly into the pouch.
Seal the cap, gently shake to fully saturate the grounds, and refrigerate for 8–12 hours. The slow extraction naturally highlights sweetness, clarity, and body while producing a smoother cup with lower perceived acidity and bitterness than traditional hot brewing.
For the best drinking experience, pour the concentrate over ice and adjust to your preferred strength. Add more ice or a splash of cold water for a lighter, more refreshing cup, or enjoy it as brewed for a richer, fuller-bodied cold brew.
